What are your working hours?
Office - Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30
Warehouse – Monday to Friday – 07:00 – 16:00
Can you offer site visits / surveys?
We have many years of experience at E.A.I.S. and are happy to share our knowledge on site. Make contact with the sales team to arrange a visit and/or survey.
Do you hold shelving in stock?
In order to keep up with our customers high demands, we always hold around 30,000 of both chrome and nylon shelves in stock at any one time. In addition to this we also hold the E-Z Rack Ali/Poly system and a wide range of trolleys in stock too.
Can you offer bespoke items?
Yes we can; due to our extensive manufacturing facility and many years of valuable experience there isn’t much that we can’t offer. Send your enquiry through to sales to see how we can help.
Can we return something once it’s been received?
You can, however only with prior agreement with EAIS and as long as the item hasn’t been used. Re-stocking fees and delivery charges will apply. Bespoke products will not be accepted for return.
What warranty do you offer?
We are proud of the quality of the products we supply and as a result we are happy to offer a 2 year warranty on our products.
I see your “Club” range of trolleys are offered black in colour. Can you also offer these in other colours?
Indeed we can, if you can provide the RAL number for the colour that you require we can then advise if we can either match or offer close alternatives for you.
If I order a bay of shelving with a set of castors how do I fit them?
You don’t need to worry about that! If castors are ordered we will pre-fit them all in our factory for you as standard to save you time on site.

Are your products available in CAD / BIM?
Yes they are, send your request to sales@eais.co for more information.
Do you have any spec sheets for your products?
Yes, we have comprehensive coverage of spec sheets for our products which are available upon request.
Can your products be found on CaterQuotes, AutoQuotes and/or Specifi?
Yes our full product range can be found on all of these quotation formats.
I am working on a tender project – can you help with the quote?
Indeed we can. In fact we are fortunate to be regularly specified on projects so there’s a fair chance that we may have already prepared a quotation.
Placing an Order
Will I receive an order acknowledgement?
At EAIS we send an order acknowledgement back via e-mail for every order received. Where possible this will be sent out the same day as the order is received.
Can I amend an order once it’s placed?
We do our upmost to assist our customers and as long as the goods haven’t been dispatched we will do all we can to accommodate any changes that may be required.
Product Delivery
How quick do you deliver stock products?
Our standard delivery service is 3-5 working days from receipt of order. Alternatively we can hold onto an order until you request it to be delivered.
Can you offer next day delivery?
Yes we can, either standard next day, before 12:00 or before 10:30 services are available. However these services are offered at an additional cost which is dependent upon the size of the order and the destination postcode. Call the sales team for a quote.
Can we collect from EAIS?
Collections are fine, all we ask is that a date and approximate collection time are agreed prior to your arrival.
Installation Services
Do you offer an installation service?
Yes we do; our experienced teams all hold valid CSCS cards and we can supply RAMS where required. We can also offer an “out-of-hours” service if required. In fact last year our excellent installation teams installed 6373 bays of shelving over 765 sites!
Will you remove old product at time of install?
As long as all the product has been removed from the units, we can offer to dismantle and dispose of old shelving and trolleys.
