East Anglian Installation Systems Ltd (EAIS)
was formed in 1984 in King's Lynn, Norfolk

Back then our primary business was light engineering. Today we now operate from a 52,000 sq foot facility, providing storage shelves, racking, trolleys and a wide range of transportation solutions for both the food service and healthcare industries.

EAIS first supplied the food service industry in 1987, when we were contracted by the market leaders for Commercial Refrigeration, Foster Refrigerator. EAIS exclusively manufactured racking / storage shelving systems for Foster which complimented their range of cold-rooms.

In 2000, backed up with investments in the latest CNC Punches/Presses and Laser Cutting machinery EAIS were able to considerably increase its product portfolio. We also began to sell a comprehensive range storage shelves, racking, trolleys and other products direct to the food service industry via catering equipment suppliers covering sectors such as retail, hotel & leisure, fast food & fine dining, brewing, healthcare, public sector and the Ministry of Defence.

In 2009 EAIS ventured into the healthcare industry, which was natural progression as many of the demands and expectations run parallel with the food service Industry. This has been welcomed within the health care Sector and has resulted in an experienced and dedicated team operating EAIS-Healthcare.

We are proud of the fact that we are still totally self-sufficient on all aspects of our products, from design to manufacture, to coating & finishing, right through to installation of our storage shelves, racking, trolleys and more. We are also capable of manufacturing bespoke items from either wire or sheet metal, and whether it is for 1 or 1000 units we can offer a competitive price and a realistic lead-time; our commitment to ensure that we hold comprehensive stock levels allow us to react efficiently to meet our customer demands.
